These days, in the 21st century, it’s easy to see the increasing trend of consumerism in our lives. Many people don’t value things that are left over from their parents’ or even their own lives, considering them outmoded and obsolete. But after all, an old grandmother’s closet or table can take on a new life surprisingly easily in every home, decorating it with new colours, past memories and sentiments. The idea of this project is that unused, forgotten items can be resurrected for a new application and become wonderful pieces in the style of every home. The aim is also to reduce consumerism, foster eco-friendly ideas for the home and encourage the remembrance of emotional values and the significance of items that are already available.
